We are your hosts for NASCAR races.
With most RaceAway weekends, NASCAR fans enjoy hotel rooms at Embassy Suites or Marriott hotels. Embassy Suites hotels have two-room suites, hot breakfast, and in most cases, airport shuttle. On NASCAR race weekends, you’ll appreciate extra space to relax after a long day at the race track.
You seat is reserved. RaceAway packages include charter track transportation. These are private luxury motor coaches, for our guests only. We hire reputable transport providers with local experience.
These are not “shuttles.” Our buses park at the track and they stay put until we return after the race. Then they take us back to our hotel. No waiting in lines – this is especially important in Las Vegas.
NASCAR Tickets Included
Select NASCAR tickets are an essential component of our packages. We select seats based upon views of the track and pit road, proximity to amenities and ease of access. At NASCAR races, premium seats are typically higher in the grandstands and offer sight lines to follow a stock car all the way around the race track.
If you prefer tickets other than those included, please ask. We can provide seating in most locations at any of the tracks we visit (but our seats are pretty darn good, already).
Pit Road Passes
Pit passes are included – or available – with most of our packages. When you visit pit road, you’ll find NASCAR crews staging cars and setting up pit boxes and equipment for the race day. You might even find a stray lug nut to grab as a souvenir. Visits to pit road are always a blast. Take photos!
At select races, we offer catered food and beverages in Hospitality Village or a hospitality suite. In Hospitality Village, we have a private tent with closed-circuit TV and professional catering. This is a great place to relax and refresh during a long day at the track.
We Are NASCAR Fans
NASCAR fans are some of the most interesting people we meet and they are passionate about their sport. This is what makes our business of providing NASCAR tours so much fun! It is our pleasure to host guests of all ages, from all over the world. From the youngest NASCAR fans to the oldest seasoned-veteran fans who recall the early days of stock car racing, it will be our pleasure to host you at the races.
A Typical Day at the Races
We usually leave early in the morning and spend most of the day at the track. Guests love to take in all of the sights of the race track, shop for their favorite driver’s merchandise, and experience the race day atmosphere. Ask us for a sample itinerary for any race weekend.
